What are we all about?
At Budee, we are driven by a shared passion for audio and visual technology. With ventures that span distribution, education and research and development, our group’s objective is simple: to deliver optimal solutions to our clients through world-class equipment and excellent service. At offices in Beijing, Hangzhou, Shenzhen, Chengdu, Hong Kong and North America, our 120+ employees strive to accomplish that mission every day.

Mao Yanjun，President
Having contributed to the growth of audio brands like EV, Beyer, TANNOY and Behringer in China, Mao started Budee in 2002 and has since grown the company to over 100 employees in 6 offices.
Richard Xu, Vice President
Richard Xu has practiced law for 20 years and used to work for the U.S. Embassy, Caterpillar, Lining, Huiyuan, Hiersun as well as China 21st Century Education Group.
Mex Chen, Head of Finance and Supply Chain
Mex has over 30 years of finance management experience with foreign & private enterprises, including Finance Manager at Shell and Head of Finance and Operations for Kimberly-Clark China.
Liu Juntao, Vice President
Liu formed Budee’s Shenzhen sales team in 2007 and grew to lead the AV integration and live music business units before taking the reigns of Budee’s southern and western markets.
Felix Shi，Head of Research and Development
Former Senior Engineer at IBM China’s R&D Center, Felix has filed 9 patents and holds an MA in Computer Science and Technology. He leads Budee’s in-house R&D and push into IoT.
Liu Zilin, Chief Engineer
A leading audio expert with 40 years of industry experience, the former Deputy Technical Manager for Bosch Security is in charge of Budee’s large-scale projects and systems teams.
Freeman Lu, Technical Director
With over 20 years in audio and specializing in theaters, Freeman has led the design and execution of audio systems for over 30 national-level projects
Li Feng, Head of Live Events and Touring
One of China’s top live sound engineers working behind many of the country’s top acts, Li is the driving force behind Budee’s live music and studio business.
Mills Xu, Strategic Alliance Director
Computer programmer turned Business Development Director, Mills worked at Ericsson China before joining Budee where he has developed key marketing and operational capabilities.
Sarah Huang, Marketing and Strategic Alliances
Former business communication coach and Consular Assistant to the Danish Embassy in Beijing，Sarah established Budee’s North America office and is a key point of contact for partners.

Located in south Beijing, our headquarters are fully tailored to the needs of our business. Besides the well used conference rooms, lunch room and cubicles, a short trip down the elevator brings us to our state-of-the art rehearsal room, repair workshop, recording studio and listening room. Beijing Pacific Budee Technology is founded as a small distribution operation in Beijing
Budee becomes the general distributor for TCGI in China, Hong Kong and Macao
The business begins diversifying by providing one-stop solutions that combine integration services with products
Budee has grown to develop its own R&D capabilities in the AV IOT ecosystem and is working with overseas vocational schools to develop audio programs at Chinese educational institutions
